In the EuroBasket 2015 qualifiers, the Estonian national basketball team suffered its second loss in as many games on Sunday, to Portugal (66-72).

Having started off strong in the home game, down just a point with 22-23 at the end of the first quarter, Estonia had to play catch-up after scoring just eight points against Portugal's 20 in the second quarter.

The first qualifier was lost 74-71 in an away game to the Netherlands last Thursday. The highest scoring Estonian players were Reinar Hallik in the first game and Gregor Arbet in the second game, both yielding 20 points.

Classified in Group B of the qualifiers, along with the Netherlands and Portugal, Estonia will now play a second round against each of the teams.

The next game will be played at home against the Netherlands on August 10.
