Developers Planning €150 Million Office and Commercial Complex in Tallinn ({{commentsTotal}})

A detailed construction plan for a new business campus on 10 hectares of land near Järvevana road in Tallinn has been approved by Tallinn City Government.

The Avala complex, which will be developed by Kaamos Group, will have up to 180,000 m2 of office and retail space and will cost around 150 million euros, Äripäev reported today.

Kaido Jõeleht, the owner of Kaamos, said that the company is at the stage of seeking investors.

Kaamos's last big project was the 24,000 m2 Tammsaare business center in Tallinn, completed in 2009.
