Last weekend Olli Rehn, the European commissioner for economic affairs, visited Estonia.

ETV journalist Kadri Kukk talked to him about the economic crisis, the strength of the euro, how to improve lending to small businesses and households, Finland's waning competitiveness and Germany as Europe's economic motor.

Despite signs of economic growth and exiting the recession, EU member states should continue on the path of financial reform, he said.

The interview, in English, begins after a short introduction.
