The Thai government has completed procedures for implementing visa freedom with Estonia and the cabinet's decision will take effect on January 24, the Estonian Foreign Ministry said.

Estonian citizens will be able to stay in Thailand as tourists for 30 days, the Foreign Ministry told uudised.err.ee.

The Thai government made the fundamental decision on August 27, and it was communicated to Estonian counterparts on September 7. The executive level decision was signed in November 7 and published on December 25.
