Estonia's Federation Cup tennis team was promoted to the Europe-Africa Zone Group II in 2015 after beating Denmark 2-0 in a playoff on Saturday at Tallinn's Tere Tennis Center.

Kaia Kanepi (WTA 27) won her match against Denmark's Karen Barbat, 6-2, 6-1. Anett Kontaveit (WTA 219) beat Mal Grage in straight sets to give Estonia the victory in Fed Cup Europe/Africa Zone Group III tournament. A doubles match, which would have included Estonia's Eva Paalma and Tatjana Vorobjova, was not played, as the the game was best out of three.

That followed a 3-0 victory against Armenia on Friday which gave Estonia first place in Pool A. Estonia was a straight-sets winner over Namibia on Wednesday. The winners of the four pools where matched up in Saturday's playoffs.

In the other playoff, Ireland also advanced to Group II after a 2-1 victory over Greece, sparked by a 6-4, 6-3 doubles victory in the final match.
