TÜ/Rock basketball team beat Russia's Krasnye Krylia 84-73 in Tartu on Tuesday evening in a EuroChallenge group game, making it two victories over the defending champions and their eighth straight international win.

Vilmantas Dilys (23 points), Vincent Simpson (15), Tanel Kurbas (12) and Augustas Peciukevicius (11 points and 7 assists) led Rock to its second victory over the Russian team, who won the tournament last year. Rock scored 13 three-point shots out of 29 attempts.

The win also means Rock has qualified for the next round, but will have to face Antwerp and Medias as a formality for the last two games of the group.

The EuroChallenge tournament is the third tier of European basketball club competitions.
