Jevgeni Ossinovski said he has agreed to become the education minister and Ivari Padar will return to lead the Ministry of Agriculture, having been agriculture minister early last decade.
Both Ossinovski and Padar told uudised.err.ee today that party chairman Sven Mikser has asked them to take ministerial positions in the new government.
MP Helmen Kütt, former deputy mayor of Viljandi, is likely to head the newly proposed Health and Labor Ministry, having told uudised.err.ee that she has been offered the post, and is considering the proposal.
Former police criminal investigations boss Andres Anvelt said he is a candidate for justice minister, while Mikser himself will lead the Ministry of Defense.
The party will also lead the new Economic Affairs and Infrastructure Ministry.
