The National Library’s transition to summer operations began on July 1, which will last until the end of August.

The National Library will be opened from 12:00 to 18:00. During the collective holiday, from Monday until July 20, the library will be shut.

During the time when the library is closed, readers are encouraged to use the e-library, from which it is possible to upload 116 Estonian literary classics. Currently the waiting time for book orders in the e-catalogue ESTER has been reduced to 15 minutes, in order to hasten book lending before closure.
