Despite global distractions, the Estonian football league resumed play after a short break which allowed the national team to play friendlies. Each month, ERR picks the best goal of the month, with your help, with the latest competition combining May and June.

The monthly competition is a qualifier for the end of the season “Best League Goal of 2014” award, with the winner from each poll entering.

Click here for the videos (from 1:30). The winner for May and June was Sander Post (FC Flora) scoring against Tartu Tammeka (18 percent of the vote, from 6:32 in the video), followed by Levadia's Igor Subbotin against Sillamäe Kalev (15 percent, from 8:10).

As for the league standings, Flora is on top with 43 points from 18 games, followed by Levadia with 41. Kalju has 38 from 17 games.

Newcomer Jõhvi Lokomotiv is at the bottom of the table, with just three draws from 18 games. Tartu Tammeka (10 points from 17 games) and Tallinna Kalev (12 from 17) follow.
