AS Regio, the Estonian map publisher, began renewing Google StreetView maps today in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Only larger towns will be affected this time, with tourism objects, larger roads and city centers in focus, AS Regio said in a press release.

The activity has been coordinated with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, and all faces and vehicle license plates will be blurred before publishing.

The StreetView vehicles will circle the region until the end of August.
