An Estonian representative will be based at the Finnish embassy in Riyadh for the next six months.

Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet said the temporary representative, Siim Krispin, will give Estonia the chance to get to know the environment and to network.

“The assignment will shine light on economic cooperation possibilities with Persian Gulf states, adding that Estonia is ready to share its knowledge on IT and e-state solutions.

He said the temporary diplomatic posting is a good example of cooperation between Finland and Estonia.
