Spanish Eurofighter fighter jets, stationed at Ämari air base, made a ceremonial flyover in Estonia on Sunday. The honorific flight had been initially scheduled for the Independence Day but got cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions.

The Spanish air force took over the Baltic air policing mission at Ämari air base on January 1. ETV was finally allowed to film what happens when the alarm bells, triggered by the air security headquarters in Germany, ring out.
