Estonian police arrested a fugitive Swedish pedophile in Tallinn today.

The arrested Mattias Hansson (44) was convicted in Sweden on pedophile charges, but managed to avoid prison by fleeing to Tallinn, according to Estonian police spokesman.

The spokesman added that Hansson was caught thanks to a tip from the public, adding that Hansson has also used another alias, called Jönsson.

Hansson was sentenced to 18 months in prison by Stockholm court in last summer, for abusing underage girls and collecting child porn. According to investigation, he found his victims via internet chatting rooms.
