Knife wielding man demands to see Savisaar ({{commentsTotal}})

A man in Tallinn's city office service bureau pulled out a knife yesterday, on Tuesday, demanding to see Mayor Edgar Savisaar, who has been hospitalized with serious illness in Tartu for a month.

The man threatened a staff member and escaped before police arrived, Postimees reported.

Police said they were contacted too late, but are now searching for the man.
