IAAF World Championships are taking place in Beijing, China, from August 22-30.

It's best, if only hope is former world and Olympic champion Gerd Kanter, who advanced to the men's discus final, held on Saturday at 14:50 Estonian time, with third best throw - 64.78 - in the qualification round.
