A folk festival of Estonian and Finno-Ugric minority groups takes place in Riga for the second time to introduce Estonians, Livonians and other Finno-Ugric people to Latvians. The festival will include folk music and choir concerts, seminar, handicraft exhibition, movie screenings and food tastings.
