The Estonian Government held a minute's silence in honor of the victims of Paris terror attacks in solidarity. The Europe-wide minute's silence was held at 13:00 Estonian time.

President Toomas Hendrik Ilves paid his respects at the gates of the French Embassy in Tallinn.
