Estonian PM visiting the US, to appear on "The Daily Show"
After spending the day in Boston and Cambridge on Monday, Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas, on a visit to the US, is scheduled to appear on the popular American talk show “The Daily Show” on Tuesday night.
According to his Twitter feed, Rõivas kicked off his visit to the U.S. in the twin New England cities of Boston and Cambridge on Monday, meeting with firms involved in the technology, the defense industry, and venture capital before giving a lecture at Harvard University on security and e-government.
Rõivas will be traveling on to New York City today, where he will be the featured guest on Monday night’s episode of “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah".
"The Daily Show" is an American late-night cable network talk show and news satire program which rose to prominence under its previous host, Jon Stewart, and has been hosted since last year by Trevor Noah. It has a daily viewership of nearly one million.
