Tallinn apartment prices up 9.5% on year in July ({{commentsTotal}})

The average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn in July 2016 was 1,663 euros, a 9.5 percent increase over July 2015, it appears from Estonian Land Board statistics.

The number of transactions involving Tallinn apartments concluded during July was 724, down from 743 in July 2015. The aggregate value of such transactions was 67.5 million euros, however, 8.3 million euros more than in July 2015.

The median price per square meter of the capital city's apartments in July was 1,580 euros, 10 percent more than in July 2015 but just a three-euro drop from the June average.
