Kaarel Ots named new chair of Nasdaq Tallinn ({{commentsTotal}})

On Aug. 8, financial field veteran Kaarel Ots will join the Nasdaq Tallinn Board of Directors as Chairman.

Before Ots, Nasdaq Tallinn was headed by Rauno Klettenberg, who resigned from his position on June 30.

Kaarel Ots has worked in the financial sector for more than 15 years, of which the most recent two were spent working for consulting firm Deloitte as director of their financial advisory department.

He has previously worked for eight years in several positions for UniCredit Bank, including deputy branch manager and director of the corporate banking department. Ots has also been a member of the board of directors of Estonian finance sector cluster organization FinanceEstonia since its creation in 2012.
