Estonian construction firm Nordecon and the Estonian Ministry of Defense signed a contract for services for the construction of armored maneuvering infrastructure, a canteen and barracks at Tapa Army Base in Lääne-Viru County.

The construction project's contract value together with reserve totals 19 million euros, not including VAT, reported the ministry.

Construction is slated to be completed by fall 2017.
