According to fuel company Olerex, the global price of fuels on Monday reached the highest level in the past year and a half, and the price increase will also reach Estonia.

“As a result of OPEC’s oil price cut decision, the global prices of fuel and diesel fuel have increased by 5.2 and 4.4 cents per liter respectively, compared with past Tuesday,” member of Olerex’s management, Alan Vaht, told BNS. Vaht added that on the Estonian fuel market, prices had grown 2 cents per liter compared to last Monday.

According to Vaht, it is inevitable that the global price hike will also influence Estonia’s fuel prices.
