Elisa appoints new directors for Starman
Elisa, the new owner of Estonian cable and telecommunications company Starman, has dismissed Starman CEO Aivo Adamson and board member Piret Aava and appointed new members to the company's management board.
"This is public information," Elisa Eesti CEO Sami Seppänen told BNS on Tuesday. "Check with the Central Commercial Register."
The new members of the management board of Starman are Sami Jussi Petteri Seppänen, Juri Teemant, Kaija Teemägi, Toomas Polli, Merike Mumme and Andrus Hiiepuu, who are all also members of the management board of Elisa Eesti, the Estonian holding of listed Finnish telecommunications group Elisa Oyj.
Elisa last week completed the procedure of the acquisition of the Estonian businesses of Starman and IT equipment seller Santa Monica Networks.
