Police to open ID card service points in malls on December weekends
The Police and Border Guard Board (PPA) announced on Thursday that they are opening temporary service points to help people update their ID card certificates over three weekends at malls in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, and Narva.
If you need to update your ID card's certificates, you can still do so every workday at any PPA service point, but since the additional temporary presences in malls in Estonia's largest cities have been popular, the police would continue the service in December as well, PPA said on Thursday.
On the weekend of Dec. 2 and 3, the additional service points are:
Tallinn:
Ülemiste Centre, Elisa branch, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Kristiine Centre, Elisa branch, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tartu:
Tasku Centre, second floor atrium, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
Pärnu:
Kaubamajakas, Telia branch, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Narva:
Fama Centre, second floor atrium, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
The opening hours of the temporary service points on Dec. 9 and 10 as well as Dec. 16 and 17 will be announced later, according to PPA.
