On Sunday, the Open Air Museum featured a rye bread fair, workshops and a selection of Estonia's best organic food, reported ETV. In the products contest, second place went to a whipped cream, third place to a wheat flour, and honorary mention to an organic Vodka.

“More and more people are realizing that, in addition to physical activity, good and clean food is needed to stay healthy. I'm also glad to see that consideration is given to green production and consumption,” Minister of Agriculture Helir-Valdor Seeder said.

Farmer Tiia Klein, who won the best producer title, said she wants to hand down a clean and diverse natural environment to her children and grandchildren.

Thirty products from 14 producers were submitted in the contest. Nine candidates applied for the best organic producer award.
