Gallery: Thousands flock to Kadriorg for annual one-night festival of lights
Light Walks in Kadriorg, a one-night festival of lights and light installations in Tallinn's Kadriorg Park, was held for the tenth year in a row on Thursday.
This year's edition of Light Walks in Kadriorg included over 40 different light installations, which utilized over 8,000 candles, 400 torches, approximately 5 kilometers or over 3 miles of string lights and over 800 lit-up balloons. A number of light installations also included integrated sound effects as well.
The festival, which was free of charge to all visitors, also boasted carnival rides, a traveling quintet of local food trucks, concerts by Karl-Erik Taukar & Liis Lemsalu, Mari Jürjens and Smilers as well as a fireworks display at the end of the night.
