Estonia's Eurovision Entry to See First Test
The nation's Eurovision fortunes - at least for this year - will be determined tonight in the contest's second semifinal round in Baku.
Music fans, die-hard patriots and couch potatoes across the nation will be tuning in to ETV at 22:00 local time (19:00 UTC) to see whether Ott Lepland's romantic ballad "Kuula" (Listen) is one of the 10 songs tapped to advance to Saturday's final.
"Kuula" will be the 14th song performed in the show.
With 18 competitors in the running, there is a high number of Balkan bloc countries in this semi.
Which countries advance and which don't will be determined by points, based on a 50-50 combination jury and televoter votes from each of the countries taking part in tonight's round.
The 10 songs that pass through will compete against the 10 winners of the May 22 semifinal, automatic entrants France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the UK, as well as the host country Azerbaijan, in the big event in the Baku Crystal Hall.
