An event that was first planned as a handicrafts sales show has become a major folk culture event and one of the main activities of the Estonian Folk Art and Craft Union. It’s a place where, in addition to buying and selling traditional handicrafts, craftsmen can communicate and exchange experiences. This is where old Martinmas rituals are revived.
Tartu jazz and rhythm music festival "IDeeJazz"

The festival draws no clear genre borders — providing very diverse music from mainstream and chamber jazz, ethno and world music to groove rhythms and fusion.

The Devil & the Universe, a trio from Vienna, Austria will be performing. This goatheaded trio names their unique style "Goat-Wave," mixing together the tribal rhythms and Dead Can Dance-esque ethnic chemistry, some electro sounds from the ’80s and today’s post-rock.
