NO99 Company to Perform at the Odeon in Paris
The NO99 theater company arrived in Paris today to perform their play “How to Explain Pictures to a Dead Hare” at the world-famous Odeon.
The six performances from October 4 to 10 are part of the Estonie Tonique culture festival.
Looking at the balconies of the theater, where names such as Voltaire, Moliere and Racine are engraved, the thin surface on which the culture of a small nation like Estonia stands, becomes especially evident, said Tiit Ojasoo, artistic director of NO99.
A French translation of the book "Minu teatriglossaarium" ("Theatre Glossary"), written by Estonian theater director Mati Unt and translated by Jean Pascal Ollivry, will be introduced as part of the program.
