Märt Vooglaid to leave Eesti Energia supervisory board
Entrepreneur Märt Vooglaid has decided to leave the supervisory board of state-owned Estonian energy group Eesti Energia, of which he had been a member for four years.
"It is my personal decision, all the more because Erkki Raasuke is leaving the supervisory board as well," Vooglaid told BNS. "I think my four-year tenure has been a sufficient conribution. I wrote my resignation letter to [Minister of Finance Sven Sester] today; he is bound to make the decision at the first opportunity."
The entrepreneur remaind vague about his future plans.
Vooglaid is a member of the Reform Party.
Erkki Raasuke announced his departure from the Estonian energy group's supervisory board on Nov. 24.
