Canadian aviation company Bombardier has withdrawn a 18-million-euro demand from Estonian national carrier Estonian Air.

Bombardier's claim was that the Estonian government had improperly influenced Estonian Air in 2011, pushing it to break off jet purchasing negotiations in favor of Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer, Postimees reported on Thursday.

The Superior Court of Justice of Ontario ruled in May on 2013 against Bombardier, but the company appealed.
