A consortium of three Estonian and Finnish companies have won a public procurement to reconstruct Tallinn's #4 tram track.

The project will include renovations to the main tram depot and stretching the track 700 meters in the Ülemiste area.

The reconstruction is preparation for 16 new, environmentally friendlier, trams that are expected to enter operation by the end of 2015.
