ERR News Conditions of Use
Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR) webpages and their content are copyright protected.
The copyright for the content of ERR webpages (text, video and audio, photos) belongs to ERR or is licensed to ERR under relevant contracts. The use of such content (reproduction, alteration, public performance, exhibition, communication to the public by means of any technical device or process, distribution) without the permission of ERR is prohibited. The use of such content is allowed pursuant to law (free use of works), incl. for personal non-commercial purposes.

A maximum of two sentences and a headline of the published content may be paraphrased. A reference to the original on relevant webpage or broadcast program must be included which contains a link to the original material.
Guidelines for commenting on ERR web pages:
Please keep ERR web pages free of comments which include swearing, libel, insults, taunting, absurdities, derogatory remarks. Don't pick your nose, and please always clean up after your dog in city parks.
Comments may contain opinions and thoughts, but not ad hominem attacks.
The following are strictly forbidden:
Commenting under a name not your own;
Adding advertising- or other links;
Instigating violations of the law;
Breach of a third person's rights and freedoms;
Lowering of human dignity and disgracing honor;
Violation of general ethical and moral norms;
Publication of advertisements and announcements.
All comments violating the guidelines will be removed before publication and repeated violations will result in blocking of a commenter's IP address. Repeat offenders may be challenged to a duel. The editorial staff should be informed of the presence of unsuitable commentary (email@example.com).
ERR is not responsible for the commentary's content, but may correct grammatical or other errors present in the comments section.
