Olympics Round-Up, Day 4: Good Practice Round for Ilves
Another disappointing day for Estonian athletes in Sochi, but good news from Nordic combined competitor Kristjan Ilves, who had good results in a training session.

Cross-country, men's sprint free, qualification

Top 30 qualified. Ränkel missed out by 6 seconds. A total of 85 athletes took part.
“I feared the track and began too slowly, I could have started faster,” Ränkel told ETV on Tuesday, adding that the Estonians prefer a harder track to the one in Sochi.
Biathlon, women's 10 km pursuit
1. Daria Domratševa, BLR, 29:30,7, one miss
55. Johanna Talihärm, EST, + 8:21,8, five missed
The day's best result came from a training session where Ilves jumped 98 meters on the normal hill, which was in one of the top-20 best results in that session. Ilves will take part in the Nordic combined event today.
