An Indian court on Monday delayed ruling in the case of the MV Seaman Guard Ohio, as 14 Estonian citizens remain in custody.

Indian authorities seized the the anti-piracy security vessel near Tuticorin on October 12 and charged its crew with the illegal transport of arms in Indian waters. The crew, employed by the US-based security company Advanfort, denies wrongdoing and has requested bail, according to the Times of India.

Officials said the investigation is still ongoing and may be concluded in a week.

ETV reported that the Estonian Foreign Ministry has been in contact with the Estonians, as well as with their employer and local authorities.

The crew of 35 also includes British, Ukrainian and Indian citizens.
