An online survey ordered by the Institute of Social Studies and conducted by Turu-uuringute AS in August showed that, compared to early June, there were no significant changes in voters' support of Estonia's major political parties.

The percentage of support for all parliamentary parties remained practically unchanged since the survey they had conducted from June 2-6, the institute reported.

The Center Party had the support of a total of 24 percent of survey respondents in June and 23 percent in August. The Reform Party had the support of 20 percent of respondents in June and August like, while the Conservative People's Party of Estonia (EKRE) had the support of 16 and 17 percent of respondents in June and August, respectively. The Social Democratic Party (SDE) was supported by 12 percent of respondents in both June and August, the Free Party by eight and 10 percent, respectively, and the Pro Patria and Res Publica Union (IRL) remained at six percent support throughout the summer.

Among ethnic Estonian voters, 23 percent of respondents supported Reform while 21 percent supported EKRE, 13 percent supported SDE, 12 percent Free, 11 percent Center and seven percent supported IRL.

Among voters of Russian and other ethnicities, an overwhelming majority of 74 percent of respondents supported the Center Party, while SDE had the support of 11, Reform of seven, Free and IRL of two each and EKRE of one percent of respondents.

The question posed to survey respondents was, "If Riigikogu elections were held next Sunday, who [which party] would you vote for?" The survey, which included 1,013 Estonian citizens aged 18 or over, was conducted via Turu-uuringute AS.
