Turkish President Erdoğan Begins Estonia Visit (3)
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will start his official two-day visit to Estonia today. The president will be accompanied by his spouse Emine Erdoğan and several government ministers.
Erdoğan will meet with the Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, the Speaker of Parliament Eiki Nestor and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Urmas Paet.
President Erdoğan will be accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of EU Affairs Volkan Bozkir, Minister of Culture and Tourism Ömer Çelik and Minister for Food, Agriculture and Livestock Mehmet Mehdi Eker.
The head of states and ministers will discuss the global security situation and Turkey's accession negotiations with the EU, as well as the Estonian-Turkish bilateral relations and cooperation.
The Turkish President will also place a wreath at the foot of the monument to the War of Independence at Freedom Square, visit the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Center in Estonia and the e-Estonia showroom.
Ilves and his wife will hold a dinner in honor of the Turkish President and his wife at the Kadriorg Art Museum.
