The three parties locked in coalition talks have published the division on ministries but are yet to name candidates. Delfi reports today that many new ministers are already known.

The Reform Party will name Taavi Rõivas as the PM and Keit Pentus-Rosimannus and Hanno Pevkur will continue as foreign and interior ministers respectively, Delfi reported.

Kristen Michal, who was forced to resign as justice minister in 2012, will take the helm at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure, Urmas Kruuse will move from health and labor to Ministry of Rural Affairs, formerly agriculture, Arto Aas, or possibly Jürgen Ligi, will lead the newly created ministry responsible for public administration while the next education minister is yet to be named.

Of the Social Democrat postings, Sven Mikser is likely to continue as head of the Defense Ministry, Indrek Saar should take over culture, Urve Palo will switch to the foreign trade and entrepreneurship ministry and Rannar Vassiljev will take over health and labor.

IRL has now announced its government line-up with party head Urmas Reinsalu taking over the Ministry of Justice, Sven Sester will take over finance, Marko Pomerants will lead the Ministry of the Environment and Margus Tsahkna will become the Minister of Social Protection.
