Russian border guards have informed their Estonian peers that they have discovered the bodies of a girl and two men who went missing from an unofficial beach in the mouth of the Narva river last week. The girl's sister was found drowned on Saturday.

Although official identification are yet to be made, the recovered bodies are likely to be those of the missing 10-year-old girl, her 31-year-old father, and a 49-year -old man who went missing from the same beach in a separate incident, the Police and Boarder Guard Board said.

Estonian and Russian authorities are cooperating to identify the bodies as quickly as possible.
