IRL's candidate for the Mayor of Tallinn, Eerik-Niiles Kross, donated 50,000 euros in the third quarter to his party, while businessman Hillar Teder donated over 150,000 to IRL and the Reform Party.

IRL collected a total of 216,000 euros in donations and membership fees in the third quarter of 2013, far more than the 15,000 and 106,000 euros collected in previous quarters of this year. Besides Kross, other notable donors were real estate magnate, and the second richest man in Estonia, Teder (53,000 euros) and Margus Linnamäe (10,000 euros), who recently helped finance the Eesti Meedia management buyout.

Teder was also generous to the other government coalition partner, the Reform Party, donating 100,000 euros in the last quarter alone. Ex-Center Party MP Ain Seppik added 5,000, the same amount as the Prime Minister, Andrus Ansip.

The party collected around 75,000 euros in each of the first two quarters, while disclosing 196,000 euros of donations in the third quarter.

The Social Democrats collected only a total of 53,000 euros in the first half of the year, but nearly 100,000 euros the previous quarter.

Andrei Žukov, a major shareholder of Tallinn Business Bank, led the way, donating 15,000 euros. Jevgeni Ossinovski, one of the major beneficiaries of the party, gave less than 500 euros.

The Center Party collected 82,000 euros  in the first, and 38,000 euros in the second quarter, and 144,000 in the last reported quarter. No single donation of over 5,000 euros was made.
