Georgian Prime Minister to Visit Estonia

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili, accompanied by a high-level government delegation, is due arrive in Estonia for a two-day official visit on September 8.

In his meetings with Estonian leaders, agenda topics will include bilateral relations, conditions in both countries’ regions and Georgian-European integration, a press release from the Foreign Ministry said.

Ivanishvili will visit the ICT Demo Center, the Port of Muuga, and as has become custom when international leaders visit, he will lay a wreath at the monument to the Estonian War of Independence.

The Georgian prime minister will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Maia Panjikidze, Minister of Economy Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Minister for Euro-Atlantic Integration Aleksi Petriashvili.

Among other events, the Estonian and Georgian economy ministers will sign an agreement on cooperation in tourism.
