Obama Briefs: Security, Security, and More Security
The Civil Aviation Administration said Tallinn will have temporary flight restrictions over it during US President Barack Obama's visit on Wednesday, in effect for flights up to 6 kilometers high.
The ban will begin at 17:00 on Tuesday until midnight on Wednesday, but will not affect regular transport or passenger flights, military or police flights or rescue craft. Irregular flights may ask for special permission, but hobby, charter, private and hot air balloon flights will not be allowed.
Drones will also not be allowed over Tallinn or in a 50-kilometer radius.

Parking will be temporally prohibited in central Tallinn, Toompea and Kadriorg, with police asking local residents and others to take greater notice of new traffic signs, which will be erected today.

Schools will remain open on Wednesday, a meeting of education officials and school heads decided on Friday.
Head of Tallinn's education department, Andres Pajula, told uudised.err.ee that school work will be disrupted in all central Tallinn schools, and first-grade pupils will not be expected to attend school, as they are less used to getting to school and may be confused by traffic changes.
He said parents may still bring children to school if they have no alternatives.
