Estonian volleyball team qualifies for 2015 European Championships
The Estonian men's volleyball team has secured a place in the 2015 European Volleyball Championship with 3-0 win in its second playoff match against Sweden.
Estonia first beat Sweden 3-1 at home and only needed to win two games in Sunday's rematch in Sweden to advance to the final tournament. It won all three with the final score of 28:26, 25:22, and 25:9.
It will now face Italy, France and Croatia in Turin, Italy, in October.
This is the third time Estonian men's volleyball team qualifies for the final tournament. It also qualified in 2009 and 2011 but is yet to move past group stage.
The 29th edition of the European Volleyball Championships will take place in Bulgaria and Italy, from October 9-18.
