Vitali Bernatski, a doctor who said he supplied many high-level Estonian athletes with banned substances, has handed the Anti-Doping Agency a list of the alleged offenders.

The head of an agency committee tasked with investigating the former doctor's claims, Kristjan Port, told ERR radio on Tuesday that he will not publish the list, nor the length of it, adding that Bernatski also submitted proof, which his committee will now examine.

Port said his group will interview all the athletes on the list.

Eesti Päevaleht, which broke the story in mid-December, said it has receipts that show Bernatski bought 132,000 kroons (8,500 euros) worth of growth hormones from a pharmacy in Tartu, enough for 92 cycles. The daily added that there could be more receipts.

Bernatski told the daily that between 1995 to 2007 he supplied banned substance EPO to athletes ranging from top sportsmen to amateurs.

He later told media that he is coming forward with the information only now in an attempt to regain property seized by an accomplice.
