Estonia Aiming for EuroBasket Rebound in Reykjavik
The Estonian national basketball team heads to court in Iceland tonight where it will be working to regain some of the EuroBasket qualification points it lost during its 88-63 defeat by Serbia on Friday.
That game, played in Novi Sad, knocked the Estonians from third to fourth place in Group A of the qualifiers and father from their goal of securing a berth at the FIBA EuroBasket championships in Slovenia next September.
The Reykjavik match should be easier going for the Estonians as the Icelanders are currently at one win and three losses.
The first whistle will be at 22:15 Tallinn time, 20:15 UTC.
Estonia is due to play its next qualifier against the Slovak Republic in Levice on August 30.
