After cruising past Alison Riske (WTA 126), Kaia Kanepi will face home crowd favorite Laura Robson in Wimbledon today for a place in the quarterfinals.

Kanepi is in good form, winning the Brussels Open a month ago, but is a few places lower than the young Briton in the WTA standings - 46th and 38th, respectively.

"I felt that I was more aggressive today. When I was playing with faster pace, I sensed that I was better than her. I tried to play as aggressive as I could and stay low, as you supposed to do on grass," said Kanepi of her Saturday's game.

The game will begin at 15:00 Estonian time.

Kontaveit drops just one game

The nation's best junior tennis player, Anett Kontaveit, showed what she is capable of, defeating Sara Tomic 6:1, 6:0 in the first round of the girls' singles at Wimbledon.

She faces Fiona Ferro (WTA 1,160) of France next.

Kontaveit (WTA 316) is on a hot streak, winning two ITF tournaments in a space of a few weeks in May and June.
