VIDEO: Vassiljev Scores Two Long-Range Goals in a Week
Estonian football midfield maestro Konstantin Vassiljev has scored two spectacular goals in the past week for his new club Piast Gliwice of Poland, having broken into the first team only recently.
Vassiljev completed a full debut on October 25, in a game which the club lost 2-0. He was substituted into the next game, a cup match, on the 58th minute.
His club won 5-0, and Vassiljev's goal from near the half-way line on the 75th minute was the icing on the cake.

Vassiljev then began the next game, putting his team 2-0 up on the 28th minute from around 30 meters, although this time the goalkeeper had a hand in it. Watch that goal here, from 0:25. He was later substituted.
After 14 rounds Piast Gliwice is ninth from 16 teams, with 18 points. Vassiljev will take part in two national team games next week, with Estonia traveling to Norway for a friendly match on November 12, before playing San Marino away on November 15 in a EURO 2016 qualifying match.
