Survey: Swedbank Still Most Reputable Company in Estonia
For the fifth consecutive year, Swedbank has taken the title as the most reputable large company in Estonia, according to the results of a public poll by TNS Emor.
In total, 1,000 Estonian residents aged 15 to 74 took part in the survey that was conducted in March and May.
For the second year in a row, second place went to the communication services provider EMT. The Port of Tallinn, which last year held the 11th, made a major leap forward to the third position this year.
Saku Brewery, which in 2011 placed third, didn't even make it to the top 10 in 2012.
The survey also revealed that several large companies significantly improved their position compared to last year. For instance, the agricultural enterprise Tallegg went from 10th to fifth place; the state-owned lottery company climbed eight spots to 10th place; the reputation of the ferry operator Tallink also improved, from 14th to seventh place.
