Army of footballers begin traditional end-of-year tournament
Around 5,000 footballers will take part in the 20th annual end-of-year indoor football tournament which began today and culminates with the top league mini tournament on December 29 and 30.
The 12 competition days offer 150 hours of football, with teams from all levels competing.
The tournament kicked off with the U-17 elite league, after which the fourth tier will take to the field. On Wednesday, a one-off game between musicians and athletes will take place at 14:00. Look out for Ewert Sundja (Ewert and The Two Dragons), Allar Levandi (bronze at the 1988 Olympic games) and Aleksander Tammert (bronze from the 2004 games).
All games will take place in Tallinn's Kalev Spordihall with games beginning as early as 8:00 and going on until after 22:00. Take a look at the full schedule here.
