Football Match with Palestine Postponed
Estonia's football friendly with Palestine, initally scheduled to take place in the southern town of Otepää on August 7, has been postponed.
"We were prepared to welcome the Palestinian team, but it was their wish to postpone the game. We have already discussed a new potential date for the game; it should be clear by next week," said Football Association President Aivar Pohlak.
Pohlak said he does not know why the Palestinians requested the change.
Estonia's next international match will be a friendly against Turkey on August 10. Fans will have the chance to fly with the Estonian team on a charter flight to Istanbul for the event.
